Mae\u2019r Ganolfan Arweinyddiaeth a Menter Greadigol (CLEC) ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd wedi dathlu cyflawniadau 23 o arweinwyr BBaChau Cymreig eraill. Nhw yw\u2019r ail gr\u0175p o fusnesau ym Met Caerdydd i gwblhau\u2019r cwrs Rheoli Cymorth i Dyfu a ariennir 90%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r cwrs Cymorth i Dyfu ym Met Caerdydd ar<\/a> gyfer perchnogion busnes ac uwch arweinwyr sy\u2019n gweithredu mewn busnesau bach a chanolig yn unig, ac sy\u2019n awyddus i dyfu eu sefydliadau, gwella eu sgiliau arwain a chael mynediad at fentora er mwyn rhoi mantais gystadleuol i\u2019w sefydliadau.<\/p>\n

Beth yw’r cwrs Rheoli Cymorth i Dyfu?<\/h2>\n

Mae\u2019r cwrs yn darparu mentoriaeth 1-1 a hyfforddiant o\u2019r radd flaenaf i arweinwyr busnesau bach a chanolig.<\/p>\n

Wedi\u2019i gyflwyno gan Brifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd a\u2019i achredu i\u2019r Siarter Busnesau Bach, mae Rheoli Cymorth i Dyfu yn cynnig mentora busnes 1:1, a\u2019r cyfle i wella gwytnwch eich busnes. Mae\u2019r cwrs yn rhoi gwersi i\u2019r rhai sy\u2019n gwneud penderfyniadau sy\u2019n cael effaith uniongyrchol ar eu busnes ac yn rhoi\u2019r cyfle iddynt ddysgu gan arweinwyr a rheolwyr busnes eraill.<\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r cwrs yn costio \u00a3750 yn unig (gwerth \u00a37500) ac mae\u2019n cael cymhorthdal o 90% gan lywodraeth y DU.<\/p>\n

\u201cDaeth ein hail garfan o fusnesau o bob rhan o Gymru ac roedd yn cynrychioli ystod enfawr o sectorau, gan gynnwys mentrau cymdeithasol, gweithgynhyrchu, lletygarwch a gwasanaethau proffesiynol.<\/p>\n

Mae’n gyfle gwych i fusnesau gwrdd a dysgu oddi wrth ei gilydd a chael y cymorth sydd ei angen arnynt i fynd i’r afael \u00e2 heriau economaidd heddiw, tra’n tyfu eu busnes ar yr un pryd.<\/p>\n
