wyres Johanna.\u00a0 Maent wedi bod ar eu safle presennol ers dros 40 mlynedd ac maent yn fasnachfraint awdurdodedig MAN Truck & Bus UK, sy’n darparu gwasanaeth cyflawn, o werthu a llogi cerbydau newydd ac ail law, i werthu rhannau, gwasanaethu a chynnal a chadw cerbydau.<\/p>\n

Beth yw eich gwaith yn y cwmni teuluol?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Fi yw ysgrifennydd y cwmni ac oherwydd fy nghefndir cyfrifon, dechreuais gyda’r bwriad o helpu gyda chyfrifon y busnes.<\/p>\n

Pan ddechreuais roedd yna lawer o wahanol agweddau roedd y cwmni angen eu gwella ac fel deliwr MAN roedd rhaid i ni hefyd sicrhau bod y safonau hynny’n cael eu bodloni.<\/p>\n

Pam ddaethoch chi ar y rhaglen 20Twenty?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Gall bod mewn busnes teuluol fod yn beth unig iawn.\u00a0 Dim ond aelodau eich teulu sydd gennych i drafod syniadau efo nhw ac weithiau mae gennych ofn eich bod yn gwneud pethau’n anghywir, ac y gallech fod yn mynd i’r cyfeiriad anghywir.\u00a0 Cefais fy argymell i’r rhaglen gan gwsmer arbennig iawn, Caroline o Platts Animal Bedding.<\/p>\n

Daeth 20Twenty ar yr adeg iawn i mi, gan ei fod yn eithaf anodd pan rydych chi’n perthyn i’r rheolwyr eraill mewn cwmni teuluol.<\/p>\n

Beth wnaethoch chi ei ddysgu?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Gormod o bethau i’w rhoi mewn paragraff! Roedd yn wych. Y peth mwyaf oedd cwrdd \u00e2 phobl o’r un anian a sylweddoli nad fi yw’r unig un sy’n teimlo’r straen sy’n dod yn sgil rhedeg busnes teuluol.\u00a0 Mae hynny oherwydd bod popeth mor bersonol a’ch bod chi’n poeni am y staff, yn ogystal \u00e2 bod \u00e2 chyfrifoldeb i’r staff a’r gymuned.<\/p>\n

Y wers fwyaf a ddysgais oedd nad fy nghyfrifoldeb personol i yw sicrhau bod pawb yn hapus.<\/p>\n

Dyna oedd y peth mwyaf.\u00a0 Bod pawb yn yr ystafell [20Twenty] yn mynd trwy’r un peth \u00e2 mi.<\/p>\n

Mi wnaethon ni ddysgu am strategaethau hyfforddi, technegau arwain a hefyd dysgu a deall mwy amdanon ni ein hunain a sut y gallwn symud ymlaen, i fod y gorau y gallwn fod.<\/p>\n

Beth ydych wedi ei roi ar waith ers graddio o\u2019r rhaglen 20Twenty?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Y peth pwysicaf un i mi oedd defnyddio’r holl ‘ymennydd yn ein busnes’.\u00a0 Dw i\u2019n meddwl pan ddechreuais ar y cwrs 20Twenty fod gennym 36 o weithwyr, rydym bellach yn cyflogi 48.\u00a0 Rydym wedi dyblu mewn maint dros yr 16 mlynedd diwethaf. Y peth pwysicaf gwnes ei ddysgu ar y pryd, oedd bod 36 ymennydd yn y cwmni, felly defnyddiwch bob un ohonynt!<\/p>\n
