Meddyliwch am y peth: Mae’n bedwar yn y bore ar gornel lawog yn rhywle mewn dinas fawr. Mae torf fawr o bobl wedi casglu ar y palmant cyn y wawr y tu allan i siop ffrynt gwydr.<\/p>\n

Mae rhai wedi bod yno drwy’r nos. Er gwaetha’r gwlyb, yr oerfel a’r awr ddigywilydd, mae awyrgylch g\u0175yl yn yr awyr.<\/p>\n

Mae pawb yn gyffrous yn aros am y datganiad…… o’r iPhone mwyaf newydd!<\/p>\n

Teclyn, sydd mewn gwirionedd, ddim yn rhy wahanol i’r un sydd ganddynt eisoes yn eu pocedi. Ac y gallent fod wedi archebu ar-lein ac wedi danfon i gysur eu t\u0177 ymhen ychydig ddyddiau.<\/p>\n

Ond nid yw’r bobl hyn eisiau cyffredin. Maent am fod yn gyntaf \u2013 ac iddynt hwy, mae’r holl drafferth hon yn gwbl werth chweil. Yn wir, mae’n rhan o’r profiad!<\/p>\n

Nawr meddyliwch am eich cwsmeriaid eich hun. Oni bai mai chi yw’r GIG, rwy’n dyfalu na fyddai’r rhan fwyaf ohonynt allan am 4yb dim ond i gael prynu beth bynnag rydych chi’n ei werthu.<\/p>\n

Felly sut mae brandiau fel Apple yn creu cymaint o fwrlwm o amgylch eu delwedd \u2013 ac yn bwysig, sut allwn ni gael ein hunain i sefyllfa debyg?<\/p>\n

Y Gwahaniaeth i Gefnogwyr<\/h2>\n

Mae gan y rhan fwyaf o fusnesau gwsmeriaid, ond mae gan frandiau gefnogwyr<\/strong>. Mae cefnogwyr yn wych. Maen nhw’n ffyddlon ac yn frwdfrydig.<\/p>\n

Maen nhw’n tanysgrifio, yn archebu ymlaen llaw ac yn ciwio ac yn anad dim yn siarad am eu hoff beth (eich brand) drwy’r amser.<\/p>\n

Peiriannau marchnata yw cefnogwyr, ac mae eu gwerth gydol oes yn fwy o lawer na gwerth cwsmer rheolaidd. Dylem i gyd anelu at droi ein cwsmeriaid yn gefnogwyr.<\/p>\n

Ond nid yw cael cynnyrch neu wasanaeth da, gwefan braf a logo dda yn mynd i wneud i hynny ddigwydd. Er mwyn creu cefnogwyr, rhaid inni yn gyntaf fewnoli gwirionedd sylfaenol am frandiau.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nid logos, lliwiau na gwefannau. Systemau adnabod yw’r rheini.<\/p>\n

Mae brandiau’n ymwneud \u00e2’r hyn rydyn ni’n ei ddweud a’i wneud fel busnesau (popeth<\/strong> rydyn ni’n ei ddweud a’i wneud), a sut mae hynny’n gwneud i bobl deimlo. Mae brandiau’n ymwneud \u00e2’r hyn y mae cwsmeriaid yn ei ddweud amdanoch pan fyddwch wedi gadael yr ystafell. Maent yn ymwneud ag enw da, profiad a chysylltiad emosiynol.<\/p>\n

Felly na, ni fydd talu asiantaeth ddylunio am ‘ailfrandio’ cyflym, golwg newydd ffres, yn troi’r tapiau ymlaen yn hudolus. Mae’n mynd yn llawer dyfnach na hynny ac mae angen ffocws ac ymroddiad.<\/p>\n

1) Bod ots gennych chi<\/h2>\n

Ac rwy’n golygu, wir yn<\/strong> poeni. Am bopeth; Eich cynnyrch, eich gwasanaethau, eich cyflenwad, eich cwsmeriaid a’u profiad, eich pobl a’u profiad, eich cyflenwyr, eich marchnata a’ch delwedd gyhoeddus.<\/p>\n

Y nod yw camau cynyddrannol tuag at ragoriaeth \u2013 ym mhopeth, bob dydd. Y nod yw ymhyfrydu, nid dim ond gwasanaethu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Mae hyn i gyd yn cymryd llawer o amser ac mae angen ymrwymiad cyson. Nid yw’n rhywbeth rydych chi’n ei wneud unwaith fel gweithdy t\u00eem ac yna ewch yn \u00f4l i sut roedd pethau o’r blaen. Dyma’r prif reswm pam mae miliynau o fusnesau bach yn y DU, ond llawer llai o wir frandiau.<\/p>\n

Ac mae’n iawn os mai eich uchelgais yw gwneud gwaith da, cadw eich cwsmeriaid yn hapus a’ch pobl yn eu swyddi.<\/p>\n

Ond os ydych chi am elwa o gael cefnogwyr a thegwch brand gwych, rhaid i chi gael eich gweld bod gennych ots, ac nid dim ond pan fydd pethau\u2019n hawdd.<\/p>\n

Wedi’r cyfan, sut gall eich cwsmeriaid fod yn angerddol amdanoch chi os nad ydych chi (a’ch t\u00eem) yn cael eu gweld yn angerddol amdanynt hwy a’ch busnes eich hun?<\/p>\n

2) Gwybod Ble Rydych chi’n Mynd (A Pham mae’n Bwysig)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Mae’r amgylchedd busnesau bach yn bragmatig yn ei hanfod. Bob dydd, mae angen gwneud miliwn o bethau dim ond i gadw’r goleuadau ymlaen \u2013 nid oes gan neb amser ar gyfer pethau mor ffansi \u00e2 gwerthoedd brand, datganiadau cenhadaeth neu ddogfennau diwylliant. Meddyliwch sut y byddai eich gwaith a’ch sefydliad yn trawsnewid gyda chenhadaeth a oedd yn bwysig. Dychmygwch faint yn fwy ymgysylltiedig y byddech chi’n ei deimlo pe byddech chi’n gwybod bod y gwaith a wnaethoch chi bob dydd yn chwarae’n stori bwysig \u2013 mae’r un peth yn wir am eich t\u00eem.<\/p>\n

Pan fydd gennych genhadaeth wedi’i diffinio’n glir, mae gennych fwy na geiriau ysbrydoledig yn unig. Mae gennych gyfarwyddyd.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

3) Blaenoriaethu Cysylltiad Dynol<\/h2>\n

Pan fyddwn yn labelu cwsmeriaid fel cwsmeriaid, ein gweithwyr fel cyflogres ac yn treulio gormod o amser yn edrych ar daenlenni ac ymylon, mae’n hawdd anwybyddu’r ffaith mae bod dynol sydd tu \u00f4l popeth.<\/p>\n

Rhywun sydd \u00e2 gobeithion a breuddwydion ac ofnau y mae eu bywyd wedi effeithio mewn rhyw ffordd neu’i gilydd.<\/p>\n

Cafodd popeth a oedd wedi’i ddylunio, ei wneud, ei brynu a’i werthu ei ddylunio, ei wneud, ei brynu a’i werthu gan bobl.<\/p>\n

Mae brandiau’n cofio hynny. Maen nhw hefyd yn cofio nad yw pobl eisiau teimlo fel rhifau mewn system – yn enwedig ar \u00f4l y pandemig. Ac maen nhw’n gwybod bod pob rhyngweithiad yn bwysig.<\/p>\n

Mae pob rhyngweithiad yn gyfle i ychwanegu ewyllys da (pwyntiau enw da, a elwir hefyd yn ecwiti brand), neu i golli rhai.<\/p>\n

Wedi gwneud gwaith da? Ychwanegwch ychydig o ewyllys da. Wedi gwirioni rhywun? Hyd yn oed yn well.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ond os gwnaethoch chi adael rhywun wedi’i siomi, yn ddig neu hyd yn oed wedi diflasu neu’n amwys, mae eich brand yn colli ewyllys da. Mae’n colli pwyntiau enw da.<\/p>\n

Dros amser, mae’r holl adegau bach hyn yn ychwanegu at y gwahaniaeth rhwng pobl nad ydynt yn poeni ble maent yn prynu, a gwir gefnogwyr.<\/p>\n
