Mae\u2019r CAMG (Canolfan Arweinyddiaeth a Menter Greadigol) ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd, mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 Phrifysgol Bangor, newydd ddathlu llwyddiannau 20 o arweinwyr BBaCh yng Nghymru. Nhw yw’r gr\u0175p cyntaf ym Met Caerdydd i gwblhau’r rhaglen Cymorth i Dyfu Rheolaeth a gefnogir gan y Llywodraeth, ac mae’r adborth wedi bod yn rhagorol.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mae’r\u00a0rhaglen Cymorth i Dyfu ym Met\u00a0Caerdydd<\/a> ar gyfer perchnogion busnes ac uwch arweinwyr sy’n gweithredu mewn busnesau bach a chanolig yn unig, ac sy’n awyddus i dyfu eu sefydliadau, gwella eu sgiliau arwain a chael gafael ar fentora i helpu i ddatrys problemau yn eu sefydliadau.<\/p>\n

Cyfarwyddwr B and B Industrial Doors, cwmni o Gaerffili sy’n cynhyrchu drysau sy\u2019n rholio ynghau, yw Jon Oliver, a gymerodd ran yn y cwrs i ddatblygu ei hun ac i fuddsoddi yn ei fusnes, wrth hefyd gyd-fynd \u00e2 dyheadau ac ethos twf y busnes ei hun. Meddai Jon:<\/p>\n

“Am brofiad gwych. Roeddwn i’n meddwl fy mod i’n deall sut mae busnes yn cael ei redeg nes i mi ddilyn y rhaglen Cymorth i Dyfu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“Roedd cael yr amser i fyfyrio a gwrando ar yr athrawon\/tiwtoriaid a’r siaradwyr gwadd, a’n bod wedi cael y fantais o ofyn cwestiynau a dysgu o bob rhan o’r rhaglen, yn amhrisiadwy. Mae’r rhaglen gyfan wedi agor fy meddwl.<\/p>\n

“Mae dim ond cymryd amser i ddeall fy nghwsmeriaid a datblygu person\u00e2u cwsmeriaid wedi bod yn ddiddorol. Bu’r daith gyfan drwy’r rhaglen yn brofiad gwych a byddwn yn annog unrhyw un i\u2019w ddilyn.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Beth yw’r Rhaglen Cymorth i Dyfu: Rheolaeth?<\/h2>\n

Mae’r rhaglen yn darparu mentora 1-1 a hyfforddiant o’r radd flaenaf i arweinwyr busnesau bach a chanolig.<\/p>\n

Mae Cymorth i Dyfu: Rheolaeth, a gyflwynir gan Brifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd ac sydd ag achrediad y Siarter Busnesau Bach, yn cynnwys 50 awr o hyfforddiant manwl, mentora busnes 1:1, a’r cyfle i dyfu eich busnes yn gyflym.<\/p>\n

Dim ond \u00a3750 yw cost y rhaglen (cwrs gwerth \u00a36750) ac mae llywodraeth y DU yn rhoi cymhorthdal o 90% tuag ati.<\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r cwrs wedi\u2019i gynllunio i fod yn hawdd ei gwblhau ochr yn ochr \u00e2 gwaith llawn amser, a gallwch gymryd rhan o gwmpas eich ymrwymiadau gwaith presennol a chael eich dysgu trwy gyfuniad o sesiynau byr ar-lein ac wyneb yn wyneb.<\/p>\n

Dealltwriaeth Fanylach o Fusnes<\/h2>\n

Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr a Phrif Ffisiotherapydd Back2Front Physiotherapy Ltd, busnes Ffisiotherapi a thylino yn Aberd\u00e2r, yw Chris Watts. Cwblhaodd y cwrs i dyfu ei fusnes ac edrych ar gyfeiriad strategol y busnes.\u00a0 Dywedodd Chris:<\/p>\n

“Gan nad oeddwn i wedi derbyn unrhyw hyfforddiant busnes ffurfiol fel rhan o fy ngradd ffisio, dewisais gofrestru ar y cwrs Cymorth i Dyfu, a dwi mor falch imi wneud hynny. Mae pob modiwl yn eich annog i ymchwilio’n fanylach i strwythur eich busnes, deall pam eich bod yn gwneud yr hyn rydych chi’n ei wneud a strategaethau i wneud eich cwmni’n fwy ac yn well.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Gwnaeth cynnwys y modiwl argraff dda ar Chris hefyd, gyda “phob modiwl yn ymchwilio’n fanylach i strwythur eich busnes”.<\/p>\n

Ychwanegodd Chris: “Rydych chi’n gallu deall pam eich bod chi’n gwneud yr hyn rydych chi’n ei wneud a strategaethau i wneud eich cwmni’n fwy ac yn well. Fel micro-fusnes, gallwch gael eich gorlethu gan eich prosesau o ddydd i ddydd, ond mae Cymorth i Dyfu wedi dysgu i mi fod angen i chi gymryd cam yn \u00f4l i werthuso er mwyn camu ymlaen.”<\/p>\n

Dywedodd yr Athro David Brooksbank, Deon Ysgol Reoli Caerdydd:<\/p>\n

“Daeth ein carfan gyntaf o BBaCh o bob rhan o Gymru ac roedd yn cynnwys perchnogion busnes ym meysydd gweithgynhyrchu, adeiladu, marchnata a chyfathrebu, lletygarwch a thwristiaeth, peirianneg a gwasanaethau proffesiynol.<\/p>\n

“Rhoddodd hyn gyfleoedd i ddysgu dulliau o arwain twf busnes gan gr\u0175p o gwmn\u00efau amrywiol a hynod ddiddorol.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Posibiliadau Newydd mewn Busnes<\/h2>\n

Mynychodd Anna Gresty, Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr TP Transcription Ltd yn Ninbych, Gogledd Cymru, y cwrs i gael help gyda thwf a datblygiad busnes. Meddai Anna:<\/p>\n

“Roedd Cymorth i Dyfu\u2019n hynod ddefnyddiol i mi. Mae wedi peri i mi feddwl am y busnes, twf a datblygiad busnes, ynghyd \u00e2 dyfodol y busnes. Mae wedi creu llawer o bosibiliadau a chamau gweithredu newydd rwy’n edrych ymlaen yn fawr at geisio eu rhoi ar waith.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“Mae’n anodd iawn fel perchennog busnes i gael arweiniad a chyngor arbenigol ar redeg a gweithredu busnes. Mae fy mentor wedi bod yn gymorth amhrisiadwy, yn fy arwain drwy’r cwrs ac yn cynnig y cyfle i drafod fy heriau penodol.<\/p>\n

“Rhoddodd y cwrs sylfaen dda iawn i mi ym mhob agwedd ar reoli, yn ogystal \u00e2 chreu cyfle i feddwl a chaniat\u00e1u i mi ddatblygu cysylltiadau yng Nghymru.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cefnogi Busnesau ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Dim ond un rhan o’r gefnogaeth a gynigir gan Brifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd i fusnesau lleol yw Cymorth i Dyfu, sy’n cynnwys dilyniant o gyrsiau arwain a rheoli proffesiynol fel y\u00a0Rhaglen<\/strong> Arweinyddiaeth 20Twenty<\/strong><\/a>, cyfleoedd rhwydweithio, cydweithio ar ymchwil, Partneriaethau Trosglwyddo Gwybodaeth, a chyfleoedd i weithio gyda’n myfyrwyr.<\/p>\n

Ychwanegodd yr Athro Brooksbank: “Roedd cyflwyno’r rhaglen mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 Phrifysgol Bangor yn galluogi busnesau ledled Cymru i ddod at ei gilydd i rannu eu syniadau a dysgu oddi wrth ei gilydd.<\/p>\n

“Gwelwyd mai hyn oedd un o\u2019r manteision mawr o gyflawni drwy fodel dysgu hybrid, gan alluogi busnesau i elwa ar y cymorth ychwanegol a ddarparwyd gan ein t\u00eem o academyddion rhagorol, hwylusydd y rhaglen a mentoriaid busnes.”<\/p>\n
