{"id":9686,"date":"2022-07-04T17:43:44","date_gmt":"2022-07-04T17:43:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/20twentybusinessgrowth.com\/wrexham-sounds-leadership-programme\/"},"modified":"2022-07-12T12:04:49","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T12:04:49","slug":"wrexham-sounds-leadership-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/20twentybusinessgrowth.com\/cy\/wrexham-sounds-leadership-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Rhaglen arweinyddiaeth uchel ei pharch yn taro\u2019r nodau cywir i gyd gyda rheolwr stiwdio cerddoriaeth talentog"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrexhamsounds.org\/\">Wrexham Sounds<\/a><\/strong> wedi mynd o nerth i nerth ers agor ei ddrysau ym mis Chwefror, gan ddarparu gweithgareddau, cyrsiau a gwersi cerddoriaeth i blant a phobl ifanc difreintiedig.<\/p>\n<p>Mae ysgolion, asiantaethau, elusennau a theuluoedd wedi manteisio ar y fenter gymdeithasol sydd wedi ei lleoli yn Rhosrobin, sy&#8217;n defnyddio t\u00eem dawnus o diwtoriaid llawrydd i ddarparu ei gwasanaethau.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth y llyw mae Olivia Gallagher, y rheolwr cyffredinol, sy\u2019n aelod o\u2019r garfan bresennol o fyfyrwyr CMI Lefel 7 ar y rhaglen arweinyddiaeth boblogaidd 20Twenty, a gyflwynir gan Brifysgol Bangor yn Holt Lodge, Wrecsam, i sefydliadau yng ngogledd Powys, Sir y Fflint, a Wrecsam.<\/p>\n<p>Dywed y ddynes 26 oed fod y gweithdai rhyngweithiol, y sesiynau astudio a&#8217;r rhwydweithio gyda chynrychiolwyr o wahanol ddiwydiannau wedi bod yn ddefnyddiol iawn iddi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWrth i Wrexham Sounds dyfu, rydw innau hefyd yn tyfu\u2019n broffesiynol, yn dysgu pethau newydd drwy\u2019r amser am y sector ac yn ennill profiad hanfodol,\u201d meddai Olivia, cyn-ddisgybl Ysgol Uwchradd St Joseph.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cRoeddwn i\u2019n meddwl y byddai\u2019n rhaglen ddiddorol a allai fy helpu i ddatblygu fy sgiliau arwain a rheoli, ac mae hynny\u2019n bendant wedi bod yn wir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYn ogystal \u00e2\u2019r seminarau a\u2019r gweithdai ar-lein ac yn y cnawd, rydw i wedi mwynhau rhyngweithio a rhannu syniadau gydag aelodau eraill o\u2019r gr\u0175p, sy\u2019n dod o amrywiaeth o gefndiroedd.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A former PGCE student at Aberystwyth University, Olivia also has a degree in Interactive Arts from Manchester Metropolitan University and studied at the University of Lapland as part of the Erasmus Programme.<\/p>\n<p>Yn gyn-fyfyrwraig TAR ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth, mae gan Olivia hefyd radd yn y Celfyddydau Rhyngweithiol o Brifysgol Fetropolitan Manceinion a bu\u2019n astudio hefyd ym Mhrifysgol Lapland fel rhan o Raglen Erasmus.<\/p>\n<p>Ychwanegodd: \u201cFel sefydliad rydym wedi ffurfio cysylltiadau cryf yn y sectorau cyhoeddus a phreifat, yn ogystal \u00e2 gydag addysgwyr, sefydliadau trydydd sector ac elusennau.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cErs agor rydym wedi cymryd camau breision ac fel llawer o bobl eraill yn ystod y pandemig, rydym wedi gorfod wynebu heriau hefyd.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"cy\">Hyder Arweinyddiaeth<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cMae bod ar y rhaglen eisoes wedi rhoi hyder ychwanegol i mi ac mae\u2019r gwersi a\u2019r arweiniad a gefais wedi cael effaith gadarnhaol ar sut rydw i\u2019n mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019m swydd yn strategol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae\u2019r rhaglen hefyd yn cyfrannu at gymhwyster MBA (Meistr Gweinyddu Busnes) ac felly mae\u2019n cynnwys llawer o nodweddion gwerthu unigryw a byddwn yn bendant yn annog pobl eraill mewn swyddi arweinyddiaeth i gofrestru.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meddai Jackie Whittaker, Rheolwr Datblygu Busnes 20Twenty: \u201cMae\u2019n galonogol clywed bob amser sut mae\u2019r rhaglenni Arwain Twf wedi effeithio ar y cyfranogwyr a\u2019r sefydliadau y maent yn eu cynrychioli, gan roi\u2019r adnoddau a\u2019r technegau iddynt lwyddo fel rheolwyr.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRwyf yn falch iawn dros Olivia, ac rydym yn dymuno pob llwyddiant iddi gyda gweddill y cwrs, ac yn ei dyfodol disglair gyda Wrexham Sounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bydd carfan nesaf CMI (Sefydliad Rheolaeth Siartredig) Lefel 5-7 o uwch reolwyr, perchnogion a chyfarwyddwyr yn dechrau ym mis Medi.<\/p>\n<p>Mae lleoedd ar gael o hyd ar gyfer y rhaglenni &#8211;
