Applications are now open for the next 20Twenty Leadership Programme, starting in May 2026.
Designed for busy professionals, the programme helps managers and leaders strengthen their leadership skills while gaining recognised qualifications that fit around their job.
What you’ll get
- a choice of Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 4 or Level 7 leadership pathways
- a postgraduate certificate (PgC) at Level 7 and the ability to apply for Chartered Manager status (CMgr)

The programme runs part-time and focuses on practical leadership development that can be applied directly in the workplace.
Over 1,600 managers, business owners and directors across Wales have completed the programme since it launched.
Which course is right for me

- CMI Level 4: £950 – 5 days over 3 months
- CMI Level 7: £2,475 – 10 days over 10 months
