Help to Grow Management Course

Accredited by the Small Business Charter, Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week course designed to help senior leaders and managers in small and medium-sized businesses grow their confidence, skills and long-term impact.

You’ll take part in a mix of online and in-person learning, develop a tailored Growth Action Plan, and receive up to 10 hours of 1-to-1 business mentoring to support your development.

How much it costs

Thanks to additional support, eligible participants can access the course at no cost. This is a full bursary covering 100% of the £7,500 fee. Places are limited.
