The house nameplate company has been established for 35 years and are the UK market leaders in house nameplates, house numbers, letterboxes, and pet memorials.

We have our own in-house design and personalisation team, being the only UK specialist in personalised letterboxes in the UK.

With a carefully sourced supply chain in Europe, we pride ourselves on our high standards, we understand and deliver above and beyond what the customer requires.

Offering a wide range of products in a variety of materials including slate, eco-stone, Portland stone, ceramics, brass and aluminium to name a few. Our letterboxes are of the highest quality from Lithuania.

We are currently working with, B&Q, John Lewis, The Range, Dunelm, Amazon, Etsy, Robert Dyas and Timpson’s to name a few!

Career progression and leadership skills

The 20Twenty helped me enormously, it helped me build my self confidence and to always look at situations differently. Without a doubt the 20Twenty programme helped me succeed in the department to which I was in at the time.

The 20Twenty leadership and business growth programme has made me a much better leader, it broadened my mind and changed my approach to both my work and fellow colleagues. Within 6 months since completing the 20Twenty course I was made Managing Director.

Business challenges

The cost of living crisis has impacted the business, we are mostly an online business following the COVID time and have definitely seen a significant change in pattern in sales.

This happens at significant times such as the death of the late Queen, change of Prime Minister, even football changes people spending.

Looking to the future

We have no great expectations for 2023, having seen so many changes during 2022 and feel that it will at least be another year until as a business we see any significant growth.

People’s spending habits have changed enormously, along with their expectations on quality and speed of delivery. Our growth will come from our U.S. expansion, to which we have been working on for nearly 3 years.
